Sprouted adzuki beans brownies

- 200g azuki beans sprouted
- 5 tablespoons flaxseed
- 200g dates, pitted
- 200ml rice/almond drink
- 7 tbsp coconut flour
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder, lightly de-oiled
- 1/2 sachet cream of tartar baking powder
- 2 ripe bananas
- pinch of salt


1. grind flaxseed or grind finely in a blender, cover with water and let stand for about 10 minutes

2. mix remaining ingredients in a blender to a uniform mass

3. spread brownie mixture on a deep baking tray, smooth it out

4. bake in preheated oven at 175°C for about 20 min

5. cut into pieces when cool and enjoy
