Gluten-free is not simply about omitting or replacing gluten, but about temporarily helping the body, or rather the digestive tract, to get back into full tact and be able to perform its tasks, Stefanie knows. If we leave out the gluten, we take away its inflammatory potential because nothing sticks, Stefanie says. This a huge benefit with all the autoimmune diseases.
It also feeds the whole body cells with fresh ingredients, keeps you satisfied for a long time and stops cravings.
Long dough and sprouting seeds are ancient, health-sustaining, life-enhancing processes that not only fill the belly, but can strengthen and vitalize our body cells and organs.
