Ingredients:
- Sprouts
- Young chard or baby spinach
- Tomatoes, peeled and deseeded
- Walnuts (best soaked for about 6 hours)
- Wild herbs
- 2 zucchini (green and yellow)
- Olive oil
- Small piece of onion
Method:
- Cut zucchini into spaghetti-shaped strips with a spiral cutter.
- Arrange the chard and zucchini on the plate
- Generously distribute the rose clover sprouts
- Garnish with the raw sauce of pureed tomato, wild herbs, walnuts, olive oil and onion
