In a healthy intestine, all microorganisms live in a symbiosis.

This means that they live in a community of mutual benefit. However, this is only possible if the microorganisms in the intestine are in a balanced relationship to one another, i.e. the beneficial intestinal bacteria should dominate around 90-95 percent.

With this balance, you have the small amount of potentially harmful bacteria under control. So it is - in our own interest - high time to recognize that what we expect of ourselves with nutrition can change our inner balance much more strongly and therefore has a disproportionately greater influence on our health than other factors .

We ourselves can therefore reverse the change in balance again, this time for the better. The imbalance of good and bad intestinal bacteria regresses as the good and useful intestinal bacteria dominate  while the harmful ones are pushed back.
